Ronda’s journey began straight out of high school as a cosmetologist, where she discovered her love for skincare and the science behind it. That passion led her into research and development with national skincare companies an MBA, and eventually, to becoming a cosmetic chemist. Alongside her love for formulation, Ronda also cultivated a thriving career in real estate. Balancing both callings — one full-time and the other always close by — she often carried both career loves.
